As trusted by

Talking to thousands of women about this has inspired me to make this video.

The supplement section of the store can feel so confusing so here's a small snapshot of some options that are tried, tested and true and that I've also used personally ❤️

🌿 Lemon Balm
Calms the nervous system, supports sleep, reduces that wired-but-tired feeling, and can ease mood swings.

🌸 Rescue Remedy
Beautiful for emotional overwhelm, irritability, or those sudden “why am I crying?” moments.

🌼 Evening Primrose Oil
Supports PMS-like symptoms, and can help soften inflammatory shifts as hormones fluctuate.
Great for the complexion 👏

❤️ Magnesium Glycinate
One of my faves for calming the mind, supporting deeper sleep, easing muscle tension, and helping with stress resilience.

But perimenopause isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Some women need more liver support.
Some need blood sugar stabilization.
Some need nervous system repair.
Some need deeper root-cause hormone work.

If you’re in perimenopause and:

•You’ve tried things but still don’t feel like yourself
•You’re gaining belly weight
•Your sleep and mood are unpredictable
•Or you just want a clear, strategic plan

Reach out.

DM me “VIBRANT” or click the link in my bio and book a call.

We’ll look at your constitution, hormones, metabolism, gut-liver axis, and nervous system together - and create a plan that actually fits your body.

You don’t have to navigate this transition alone. 🌿✨

Multivitamins in perimenopause?

Yay… but only if this is true...

Perimenopause increases nutrient demand.
Life demands more from women in midlife. Often you're balancing careers, family, community and more...
Sleep often is disrupted (But I can help with this with very good results)

Hormones are shifting.

So yes… a multivitamin can help.

But only if your diet isn’t consistently nutrient-dense.

If you’re living on coffee, salads, protein bars, smoothies and running on adrenalin...

You probably need support.

If you eat high-quality protein, 7 to 10 vegetables daily, healthy fats, mineral-rich foods...

This is also assuming you are absorbing your nutrients and have a healthy digestive system.

If this is true, you may not need one.

And please… quality matters.

If you’re going to take one:

✔ Whole food based
✔ Organic matters
✔ No synthetic dyes
✔ No fillers
✔ Low cost often means junk is in there

And remember...

A multivitamin will not fix:

Blood sugar dysregulation
High cortisol
Estrogen detox issues
Gut dysfunction

It is support. Not strategy...

If you want to know what YOUR body actually needs in perimenopause...send me a DM with the word "Vibrant" or book using the link in bio.

This is the cleanse protocol I’m doing right now.

I don’t jump straight into a parasite cleanse...

I start with the CellCore Jumpstart Kit.

Phase 1 is about preparing the body:
• Supporting drainage
• Opening detox pathways
• Supporting liver and bile flow
• Making sure elimination is working

From an Ayurvedic lens, this helps clear Kapha stagnation -that heavy, bloated, foggy feeling.

Once the body is ready, I move into Phase 2: targeted parasite cleansing with specific supplements.

You don’t rush this.
You prepare first.
Then you cleanse.
These kits aren’t meant to be ordered randomly. They should be part of a structured, customizable protocol based on your body and detox capacity.

If you’re interested in trying this as part of a personalized plan, type VIBRANT below to learn more about my Spring Cleanse program.

Is your HRT or bioidentical hormone therapy not working for you?

I see this all the time in practice.

A woman starts HRT.

Her labs improve.

And yet she still feels:

• Inflamed
• Wired but exhausted
• Bloated
• Gaining weight around the middle
• Foggy
• Emotionally flat or reactive

Here is what most people are not talking about...

Perimenopause changes how your entire physiology functions.

Hormones do not operate in isolation. They respond to the terrain of the body.

If your blood sugar is unstable, estrogen signaling becomes erratic.

If cortisol is chronically elevated, progesterone cannot exert its calming effects.

If liver detoxification pathways are sluggish, estrogen metabolites recirculate.

If the gut microbiome is disrupted, hormone clearance is impaired.

If the nervous system is dysregulated, everything feels amplified.

You can optimize dosage and still miss the root of the issues...

This is why I approach menopause as a "systems transition", not a prescription issue.

In my clinical work, we assess:

• Insulin sensitivity and metabolic resilience
• Stress physiology and adrenal output
• Liver detox capacity
• Gut integrity and microbial balance
• Inflammatory load
• Nervous system tone

When these systems are supported, the body responds differently.

Menopause is not just a hormone shift.

It is a metabolic and neuroendocrine recalibration.

If you are “doing everything right” and still do not feel well, it may not be about adjusting your hormones.

It may be about strengthening the systems that allow hormones to function properly.

Type VIBRANT below if you want a more holistic appointment to Perimenopause, Menopause or Post Menopause and br sure to share this post with your girlfriends!

Friends don't let their friends keep suffering❤️

Forest bathing is not just a walk in the woods. 🌲

It is the conscious act of absorbing the beauty of nature.

The light through the trees.
The scent of pine.
The texture of moss.
The sound of wind moving through leaves.

When you take it in - not just physically, but visually and emotionally and energetically- physiology shifts.

Research on Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) shows:

• Increased Natural Killer (NK) cell activity
• Increased anti-cancer proteins in immune cells
• Reduced cortisol
• Lower sympathetic activation
• Improved heart rate variability

That means your immune system becomes more regulated and resilient.

And here’s something I find super interesting...

Nearly 70 percent of your immune system lives in your gut.

Chronic stress disrupts:
• Gut barrier integrity
• Microbiome diversity
• Immune balance
• Inflammatory signaling

Forest bathing reduces stress hormones and shifts you into parasympathetic mode more easily - creating the internal conditions where the gut and immune system can recalibrate.

But it’s not just forests...

Emerging research on the biodiversity hypothesis suggests that exposure to many different natural environments supports immune regulation:

Forests.
Oceans.
Mountains.
Grasslands.
Soil.

Each ecosystem contains a unique microbial fingerprint. When we interact with diverse natural environments, we increase our exposure to environmental microbes - which helps train and regulate the immune system.

Modern urban life limits microbial diversity.
Nature restores it.

From an Ayurvedic lens, absorbing beauty stabilizes prana, reduces Vata, cools Pitta inflammation, and strengthens agni without overstimulation.

Biology responds to beauty.
Immunity responds to diversity.

Before another supplement…

Ask yourself how often you step into living ecosystems.

We are so quick to treat the symptom.

The bloating.
The fatigue.
The weight gain.
The migraines.
The insomnia.

And yes, sometimes they improve.

But in Eastern medicine, symptoms are signals.

They tell us there is stress in the system.

Stress in the tissues.
Stress in the nervous system.
Stress in the emotional body.

Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine and Tibetan medicine teach that if the seed of illness remains, the condition can return in another form.

You can suppress the branch.

But if you don’t pull out the root, the plant grows back.

Many women remain confused when the illness returns because they did what their western doctor recommended ...

They’ve done the labs.
They’ve taken the supplements or scripts
They’ve cleaned up their diet.

Yet something lingers.

Because the emotional layer was never addressed.

And they had incomplete information.

The West Approach separates the mind and body.

Unprocessed grief.
Chronic pressure.
Resentment.
Self-abandonment.
Living in overdrive for years.

The body feels all of this...how could it not??

Your body keeps score.

When we work with the mind-body connection- things move.

Hormones regulate more easily.
Digestion improves.
Weight becomes easier to release.
And you just feel better overall.

If you are ready to address the emotional root of your physical symptoms…

Type VIBRANT below to learn about my psychospiritual healing program and how we integrate the emotional body with the physical body for true, lasting change.

The Most Selfless Thing You Can Do? Prioritize Your Health.

I know that might sound backwards.

You take care of everyone. You manage the home. You show up at work. You carry the emotional weight of your family. You are the strong one.

But here’s what I see every single week in my practice:

When a woman is exhausted, inflamed, and hormonally depleted… Everyone feels it.

When her sleep is broken. When her blood sugar is unstable. When her nervous system is constantly “on.” When she feels disconnected from her body.

It shows up in her patience. Her energy. Her mood. Her confidence. Her marriage. Her leadership.

And when she begins to heal?

The entire home shifts.

More calm. More presence. More warmth. More vitality.

Your health is not indulgent. It is foundational.

Strong women do not ignore their bodies.

They protect their energy.

Self-neglect is not “strength.”

Share this with a woman who carries more than anyone sees.
